		<description>I just have a small question.
80000 cases occurred in US, why the some kind of report or information of these cases were found in Roche UK, and it seemed before that, no one in the PV department of Roche US (the source country) had ever knwon these cases (well, I guess, if any one in the PV department in any company had ever seen reports like this, the result would be different)  
Why this big problem was found by MHRA in UK, not by some authroity in US?</description>
