		<description>The nanny state at work.  The only ones who can protect people from these scams is the consumer themselves.  The best (worst) the government could ever possibly do is give the consumer a false sense of security, since they can never eliminate the bad guys without shutting down good guys.   Of course, that doesn&#039;t mean they won&#039;t love to spend our tax dollars trying.</description>
