If you build the content in an ipad/iphone friendly way using web standards (html css jquery) you won't need to rebuild anything. Also, I know that Skura is currently in the process of supporting the ipad and will have SFX up and running in August. Proscape has had a viewer app available since April. I do agree that there are other tablets on the way and it might be easier to develop in Flash since that's become so standard. I guess I would have to say that I am absolutely for the ipad because of the visceral feeling you get when you use it. The interface has a way of just disappearing and it's easy to hand to someone when you want to share. That coupled with the long battery life and the seamless tie in to standard CRM systems through Skura make it a worthwhile device for e-detailing.
