I think such a suit could be brought against most of the Fortune 100 companies I have worked for. On the other hand, I'm not a big believer in the law under which it was brought. It may have made sense in 1964, but in 2010 I believe there is more injustice involved in governmental intrusion into the conduct of private business than there is in the business conduct itself.
