there is only one guiding principle:
Caveat Emptor!  Let the customer beware!
Which is fine, except that it is really exhausting in this over complicated (credit, points, discounts, coupons, e-vouchers, bargains, haggle) world to have to be continuously hypervigilant for rip-offs even when all you want to buy is a toothbrush.
Even suckers need a break, but you can bet your life savings that the scammers will never let up.
We get what we pay for, and what we deserve, and the FDA will only ever be able to scratch the surface.........so look out for yourself!</description>
