		<description>The recent economic tribulations has without doubt pushed CSR up into a much more strategic and embedded position amongst mainstream management thinking.

More organisations are now competiting in this emerging ethical space using CSR as a competitive advantage which in itself suggests wider acceptance, extended longevity in the limelight and strong response to the growing Generation Y consumer spend.

Stakeholders are rapidly closing the influence gap on shareholders, investors beginning to consider longer investment periods and business schools enhance their CSR/Sustainability curricula - for those not already developing their unique individual CSR journey it may be too late.

Which pharma company will be the Toyota (with their Prius) knocking the giants of Ford &amp; GM off the top?</description>
