		<description>What the numbers in this article do not show is the growth of biologics in the past 15 years and projections for the next 15 years.  Those figures are available and would obviously educate this article much more so than the snippet of total sales from 2007.  It&#039;s also interesting that since Merck&#039;s announcement, Pfizer, Lilly, and others have made similar &quot;catch-up&quot; announcements to keep pace with Novartis/Sandoz and Merck.</description>
